How To Order

Step 1: Browse Our Collection

• Visit our online store at peakpointsa.co.za
• Browse through our categories such as "New Arrivals," "Men's," "Women's," "Sale," or use the search bar to find specific items.
• Click on any product you’re interested in to view more details, including size options, colors, and product descriptions.

Step 2: Select Your Items

• Once you’ve found an item you like, select the size and color (if applicable) from the available options.
• Choose the quantity you want to purchase.
• Click “Add to Cart” to add the item to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Review Your Cart

• When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
• Review your items to ensure you’ve selected the correct sizes, colors, and quantities.
• If you wish to remove any items, simply click “Remove” next to the product.

Step 4: Apply Discount Codes (Optional)

• If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Apply Coupon” field on the cart page.
• Click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your total.

Step 5: Proceed to Checkout

• Once you're happy with your order, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to begin the checkout process.

Step 6: Enter Shipping Information

• Provide your shipping address where your order will be delivered.
• Double-check that your address is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.
• If you're an existing customer, you can log in to auto-fill your details.

Step 7: Choose Your Shipping Method

• Select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
• If you’re eligible for free shipping, it will be applied automatically.

Step 8: Payment

• Choose your preferred payment method from the available options (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Enter your payment details securely.

Step 10: Order Confirmation
