How To Order
Step 1: Browse Our Collection
- Visit our online store at peakpointsa.co.za
- Browse through our categories such as "New Arrivals," "Men's," "Women's," "Sale," or use the search bar to find specific items.
- Click on any product you’re interested in to view more details, including size options, colors, and product descriptions.
Step 2: Select Your Items
- Once you’ve found an item you like, select the size and color (if applicable) from the available options.
- Choose the quantity you want to purchase.
- Click “Add to Cart” to add the item to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Review Your Cart
- When you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
- Review your items to ensure you’ve selected the correct sizes, colors, and quantities.
- If you wish to remove any items, simply click “Remove” next to the product.
Step 4: Apply Discount Codes (Optional)
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Apply Coupon” field on the cart page.
- Click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your total.
Step 5: Proceed to Checkout
- Once you're happy with your order, click on “Proceed to Checkout” to begin the checkout process.
Step 6: Enter Shipping Information
- Provide your shipping address where your order will be delivered.
- Double-check that your address is accurate to avoid delays in delivery.
- If you're an existing customer, you can log in to auto-fill your details.
Step 7: Choose Your Shipping Method
- Select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
- If you’re eligible for free shipping, it will be applied automatically.
Step 8: Payment
- Choose your preferred payment method from the available options (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Enter your payment details securely.
- Check the total amount, including taxes and shipping fees, before proceeding.
Step 9: Review and Confirm Your Order
- Review your order one last time to ensure all details are correct.
- If everything looks good, click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
Step 10: Order Confirmation
- After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and a unique order number.
- You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking details.
